Meet Our Director of Early Childhood Education

 

Jaimi Molinelli-Bragg brings a comprehensive background in early childhood education and literacy development to the role of Director of Early Childhood/PK-5 Literacy. With extensive experience spanning classroom instruction, intervention services, and educational leadership, she is passionate about fostering foundational learning experiences for young children.

Throughout her career, Jaimi Molinelli-Bragg has demonstrated versatility and dedication across multiple educational roles. Beginning as a preschool teacher, she developed hands-on experience in creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments. As a Preschool Intervention and Referral Specialist, she honed skills in identifying learning challenges and implementing targeted support strategies for young children with diverse needs.

In leadership roles, Jaimi Molinelli-Bragg served as Supervisor of Early Childhood and Elementary Education, overseeing program quality and educational outcomes across the critical early learning years. As Director of Curriculum and Instruction, she gained valuable experience in program development, implementation, and assessment, ensuring alignment with best practices in education and instruction.

Jaimi Molinelli-Bragg is excited to return to her "first love in education" by focusing specifically on our youngest learners in the PK-5 setting. With a deep understanding of child development, special education considerations, and curriculum design, she is well-positioned to create comprehensive  programs that meet the needs of all learners while fostering a lifelong love of  learning and strong foundations for student success.
